Terms of Service

The service

DrawAFish is a playful web game where you draw a fish, an AI names and scores it, and it swims in a shared, public tank that anyone can feed. Some features, like claiming your fish, require signing in.

Eligibility and accounts

You may draw without an account. To create an account you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the fish you draw. Because DrawAFish is a shared, public game, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your drawings and the generated name and score — for example in the tank, gallery, leaderboards, share cards, and social previews — to operate and promote the service.

You represent that your content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• draw or submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate;
• abuse, automate, or disrupt the game, or attempt to bypass its limits or security;
• infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.

Moderation

We may review, hide, or remove content, and suspend accounts, that violate these Terms or that we consider harmful — with or without notice.

Intellectual property

The DrawAFish name, brand, site, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Third-party services

DrawAFish relies on third-party providers (such as Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, and OAuth providers). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated names and scores are accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrawAFish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using DrawAFish at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
